Dubai Conference Set
Conference Description
We were approached in February 2008 to create a Dubai skyscape stage set for a conference.
With a 1 week deadline we set to work. Using our skilled in-house team, together with our CNC routing machine, we managed to create a combination of lit, 2D silhouetted buildings plus 3D buildings which we placed nex.t to them.
The buildings themselves were modelled on famous landmark buildings in Dubai. Using a combination of different materials to create the individual buildings, a unique look for each one was created, and added to the realism of the skyline.
The final result, being one which, when lit, created a very realistic effect blending perfectly with the Dubai related conference.
The above stage set was created in just 3 days.
